Advent Website & Digital Sign Task Force

This team is responsible for maintaining and updating the Advent website and the Advent digital sign with frequent content adjustments. The goal is to keep our website and digital sign dynamic and inviting to attract frequent visits from our parishioners and attract new parishioners.

The sign is designed to get attention with brief messages; the website displays the details of the events listed on the sign. Our focus is to continuously update the Upcoming Events on both media that illustrate our very active church ministries and membership.

Advent History and Preservation 

The History Book chronicles the past practices, experiences, and people that have built the strength of the Advent church family with God.

Advertising/Media Relations 

The Northwest Valley is kept apprised of what is going on at Advent through the community newspapers and information centers, the Chamber of Commerce, local websites, and through activities in the communities served. Paid advertising and unpaid activity announcements are included in several community newspapers and websites. This team functions under Hospitality, Events, and Publicity ministry.

Tech Team

The Tech team members, Patrick Watts, Russ Brumagin, Christine Turner, Les Brown, Kerry Jo Hanstein, Ken Mead, Herb Norton, Cathy Shyers, and Stan Smith run the live streaming and filming of church services and other events as needed.
